Come join us and enjoy: Fresh hummus and pita making • Creek hike and nature walk • “Poyke” cooking around the campfire • Israeli trivia with prizes • Blue and white jewelry crafting • Israeli movie screening under the stars • S’mores by the fire for dessert

Avihay Aharoni, Pearlstone’s Shaliach, along with the Pearlstone team, invite you to join us to celebrate Israel’s 77th Independence Day – a time to connect to our roots through a journey in nature, food, Israeli sounds, and to unite in prayer and hope for peace.
The event takes place at this junction of national days, where we find strength to unite together. As Nathan Alterman wrote:
“This period of time in which Passover, Holocaust and Heroism Day, Memorial Day for the IDF Fallen, and Independence Day are concentrated together, one after the other – this period is becoming a junction containing the very heart of Jewish history, a junction that has no equal among nations.”
