In modern Western thinking\, we often seek to understand what we are committing to before making the commitment. However\, we at Adamah\, the largest Jewish environmental organization in North America\, believe we are in a Naase VeNishma moment in terms of addressing the climate crisis. Now is the time to take definitive action\, and not be immobilized by climate uncertainties. Join Dr. Shahar Sadeh\, Adamah NY’s Founding Director\, to learn more about how Adamah is mobilizing a Jewish response to the climate crisis and driving the implementation of climate solutions across our communities. \n\n\n\nWorkshop 2: Cheeseless Cheesecake? Baking for Change: Delicious Dishes and Climate Conversations: \n\n\n\nThis cooking session in partnership with Chef Brandy Cochrane\, will blend delicious flavors with engaging conversations. As we learn how to bake a cheeseless cheesecake\, we’ll explore the ethical and environmental implications of our food choices. Come discover how we can be (and eat!) the change we want to see in the world. \n\n\n\n\n\nWorkshops will occur sometime between 10pm and 5am and we would love to see you there!
