We will observe Shabbat in a halakhic capacity during our programming. During free time participants can do what they choose. \n \n \n\n \n \n Are there security concerns?\n \n \n\n \n We are operating in full cooperation with the security room that manages trips to Israel with the defense establishment. We will only visit places deemed safe to volunteer by the army. \n \n \n\n \n \n Why is Adamah running a volunteer trip right now?\n \n \n\n \n Since October 7th\, over 300\,000 reserve soldiers have been called up to duty while thousands of foreign workers\, who are the backbone of the agricultural industry in Israel\, have left. Farms across Israel are in dire need of support to harvest and process tons of food. \nIsraelis from all walks of life have been volunteering on farms and now is an opportunity for global Jews to join as well. While we help address this food security crisis\, we will also learn from and support Israeli & Palestinian peacebuilders. \n \n \n\n \n \n I am interested!
